Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to coordinate tendering of receiving documents and report discrepancies with BOLs while managing capacities to focus on revenue and expense. The role supports Will Call processing and invoicing, building strong relationships with Customers, Sales, Buyers, Carriers and Dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Attendance, GED, High School Diploma (General Studies) and values-based performance are required.
• Specialized knowledge: Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills: Experience in grocery selection; ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
• Years of Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse roles; Pallet Jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type.
• Handle store calls/orders; assist with add-ons, memos and outs.
• Data entry and system monitoring; notify supervisors of adjustments.
• Provide customer service and prepare store mail for delivery.
• Audit inbound receiving; print labels; reconcile overages/shortages and close purchase orders.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll coordinate and execute timely tendering of receiving documents and reporting of discrepancies with BOL’s while managing capacities with a focus on revenue and expense. This position facilitates Will Call processing and invoicing in a timely manner. This position requires development and maintenance of strong working relationships with Customers, Sales, Buyers, Carriers and Dispatchers, as well as internal teams.

Job Description

• Earn $19.00 per hour

• Shift: 1st

You will contribute by:

• Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type
• Take store phone calls/orders and assist them with ad-ons, memos and outs
• Data Entry
• Monitor system information, notify supervisors of needed adjustments
• Customer service
• Prepare store mail for delivery
• Pick up selector scratches and buyer chases, create invoices, attach orders to routes, release and print labels
• Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile and note overages shorts and damage and close out purchase orders
• Assist with special projects as needed

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection. Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.

Years Of Experience

• 1-2 : At least six months of warehouse experience. Pallet Jack experience preferred.
