Job summary

Flying Food Group in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in shipping, receiving, unloading and loading trucks, stocking inventory, and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled and available for orders.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires reliability, good English communication, basic math, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays in a 24/7 facility. Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Classification: Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $17.75/hr

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Date: April 2026

Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.

Essential Functions

• Receive trucks and unload merchandise.
• Stack merchandise on racks.
• Stock warehouse with merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is serviced and functional.
• Check in merchandise and affix labels.
• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing.
• Fulfill customer orders.
• Move materials off racks and package for shipment.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items.
• Follow all safety codes.
• Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution.
• Record amounts of materials or items received.
• Perform facilities maintenance.
• Sort material according to airline code, food product, size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
• Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
• Compile inventory balances and price lists.
• Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Schedules are based on our needs, were a 24/7 facility and candidates will be need to be able to work any schedule, any day including holidays and weekends.
