Job summary

Pine Environmental Services LLC is seeking a warehouse clerk to manage incoming and outgoing rental equipment and maintain stock through allocations and system updates. You will generate reports on shipments and inventory, label goods, and keep the warehouse organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping/logistics preferred.
• Proficient with PCs and barcode scanners to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
• Communicate order status, delays, and substitutions to customers.
• Lead investigation and resolution of damaged returned equipment.
• Be the point of contact for drivers returning with equipment.
• Support Operations to confirm orders are complete for delivery or shipment.
• Perform quality control checks on all orders.
• Assist in locating equipment and coordinating shipping logistics.
• Support shipping/receiving and complete Hazmat Certification as needed.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory control.
• Resolve internal and external customer problems.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Purpose

The warehouse clerk's role is to handle Pine's incoming and outgoing rental equipment and to manage the company's stock, via allocations and system updates. Other warehouse clerk duties and responsibilities includes keeping reports about shipments and inventory levels; putting labels on goods; maintaining the warehouse area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Proactively communicate order status, delays and equipment substitutions to customers
• Lead the investigation and resolution process for damaged returned equipment
• Point of contact for Drivers returning with equipment
• Support Operations team to check and confirm equipment orders are complete and ready for delivery or shipment.
• Perform Quality Control Checks on all orders
• Assist in locating equipment and shipping logistics
• Support shipping/receiving when needed including completing Hazmat Shipping Certification
• Perform daily cycle counts inventory control
• Resolves internal and external customer problems
• Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness
• Other duties, as assigned

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred
