Job summary

Pine Environmental Services in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to handle incoming and outgoing rental equipment and manage stock via allocations and system updates. This role requires attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Proactively communicate order status, delays and equipment substitutions to customers
• Lead the investigation and resolution process for damaged returned equipment
• Point of contact for Drivers returning with equipment
• Support Operations team to check and confirm equipment orders are complete and ready for delivery or shipment.
• Perform Quality Control Checks on all orders
• Assist in locating equipment and shipping logistics
• Support shipping/receiving when needed including completing Hazmat Shipping Certification
• Perform daily cycle counts inventory control
• Resolves internal and external customer problems
• Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness
• Other duties, as assigned

Purpose

The warehouse clerk's role is to handle Pine's incoming and outgoing rental equipment and to manage the company's stock, via allocations and system updates. Other warehouse clerk duties and responsibilities includes keeping reports about shipments and inventory levels; putting labels on goods; maintaining the warehouse area.

Primary Responsibilities
