Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and distribute materials and products. You will prepare orders for delivery or pickup, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

In this role, you will handle warehouse equipment, follow SOPs and GMPs, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while reporting hazards to supervision.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2+ years in pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • English reading and writing ability.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products.
  • Mark materials with identifying information.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
  • Sweep, dust, and mop; organize workspace for orderliness.
  • Follow SOPs and GMPs.
  • Fill out log sheets as required by SOPs.
  • Report safety hazards to supervisor or maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.

Essential Function Statement(s)
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products.
  • Mark materials with identifying information
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Sweep, dust, and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Follows all company SOPs and GMPs
  • Fills out any log sheets or logbooks as required by SOP’s
  • Reports any safety hazards to Supervisor or Maintenance.
  • Performs any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
  • At least high school diploma
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry is preferable.
  • Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to understand and follow all company SOPs and GMP guidelines
  • Basic math skills (multiplication, division, and understanding weights and measures).
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Forklift certified (standing and sitting)
