Job description

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping machine parts to customers in a timely manner. This role ensures all outgoing shipments meet quality, safety, and documentation standards, supporting efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction within the manufacturing operation.

Essential Functions:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Pick, pack, and prepare machine parts for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
Verify accuracy of shipping documents, labels, and part numbers to ensure correct and timely delivery.
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently as required.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, storage, and recordkeeping.
Abide by all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support smooth order fulfillment.

This job operates in a professional industrial environment that includes operating in manufacturing areas that are not climate controlled and in office areas. This role routinely involves standard office equipment and the ability to use a smart phone. The noise level in the work environment can be above normal levels requiring hearing protection. You will be exposed to fluctuation in temperatures.
