Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our world-class supply chain team in Stockton, CA. You may rotate among six areas, including Bulk Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping, performing duties with safety as a priority.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment up to 100 lbs, move products, and help ensure accurate shipping and receiving while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift for full-time roles.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move products.
• Unload trucks and palletize products while following safety procedures.
• Perform receiving/putaway/returns duties and communicate to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping orders, organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets.
