Job summary

Staples in Coppell, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our supply chain operations. You may work in multiple areas, from Bulk/Material Handling to Shipping, with rotation as needed.

Safety is a priority; you will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move products up to 100 lbs, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role offers full-time and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours may be required based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move products up to 100 lbs while following safety procedures.
• Perform duties in multiple warehouse areas including Bulk, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping.
• Unloading trucks, palletizing products, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Adhere to safety culture and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
