Job summary

Join Staples Supply Chain as a Warehouse Associate in our New York facility. You may rotate through six areas, including bulk handling, porter duties, replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping, with responsibility for safe operation of equipment and accurate order processing.

The role requires basic English, 3 months in warehousing, overtime availability, and ability to lift 70–100 pounds. Staples offers competitive pay and benefits and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime beyond scheduled shift as needed.
• Must be able to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move products up to 100 lbs.
• Work in one of six warehouse roles as needed (bulk, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, shipping).
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with loading/unloading, stacking, and palletizing orders.
• Communicate effectively with team and internal/external contacts.
