Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our world-class supply chain team. You may work in multiple areas, including bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping, with opportunities to shift between roles as needed.

You'll operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move product up to 100 lbs, unload trucks, palletize, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permitted.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Able to stand and walk 100% of the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.) to move products up to 100 lbs with safety procedures.
• Work across multiple roles (bulk/receiving/returns/shipping) as needed.
• Unload trucks and palletize products.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow safety culture.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
