Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations or distribution management.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; Lean or Six Sigma experience.
• Willingness to drive the company truck when needed.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage inventory with 99% accuracy.
• Enforce all company rules, HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure orders arrive on-time with correct quantities.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team and provide excellent customer service.
• Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local warehousing regulations.
• Oversee daily operations and safety of goods.
• Schedule and assign team members; manage remote staff as needed.
