Job summary

General Fasteners Company in Denton, TX is seeking a Warehouse Branch Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and drive accuracy and efficiency. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years in warehouse operations or distribution management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.
Must be willing to drive company truck when needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure 99% inventory accuracy.
Lead and develop the warehouse team and maintain customer relationships.
Ensure orders arrive on-time to destinations with correct quantities.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing standards.
