Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution management.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: Lean or Six Sigma experience
• Must be willing to drive company truck when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team and ensure 99% inventory accuracy.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
