Overview

The Chadwell Supply Branch Manager is responsible for the daily functions of all processes and tasks associated with a Chadwell Supply distribution branch. This position leads and is accountable for all operations employees at their branch.

What you will need

• Be at least 25 years old.
• Previous employee supervision experience and at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Above-average computer literacy and experience are required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes in work processes and train all employees accordingly.

How you will make an impact

• Assist with or perform all operations tasks related to daily branch operations.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate product delivery, communicate with company and customer personnel, and assist delivery drivers to complete customer orders.
• Conduct annual reviews for all supervised employees, providing personal feedback and documentation.
• Perform all aspects of order processing, including pulling, packaging, creating delivery paperwork, processing tickets and returns, and ensuring proper paperwork procedures.
• Perform daily inspections of all delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall condition.
• Ensure delivery drivers submit all receipts and relay customer issues or requests via delivery documents, ensuring proper paperwork compliance.
• Maintain, record, and submit all cash, checks, and funds received from customers daily, recording total amounts and related details.
• Research and evaluate inventory variances.
• Ensure daily product cycle counts are performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the distribution center, ensuring safe storage and clear aisles.
• Lead the daily operations of the branch, managing resources, expanding customer service, and developing employee career paths.
