Overview

The Chadwell Supply Branch Manager is responsible for the daily functions of all processes and tasks associated with a Chadwell Supply distribution branch. This position leads and is accountable for all operations employees related to their branch.

What you will need

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Previous employee supervision experience and at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Above-average computer literacy and experience are required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes in work processes and train employees on these changes.

How you will make an impact

• Willing to assist with or perform all operations tasks related to daily branch functions.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate product delivery, effective communication, and assisting delivery drivers to complete customer orders.
• Conduct annual reviews for supervised employees, providing feedback and documentation of performance traits and behaviors.
• Perform all aspects of order processing, including pulling, packaging, creating delivery paperwork, processing tickets and returns, and maintaining proper documentation.
• Conduct daily inspections of all delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall roadworthiness.
• Ensure delivery drivers submit all receipts and communicate customer issues or requests via delivery documents, complying with paperwork procedures.
• Maintain, record, and submit all cash, checks, and funds received from customers daily, including detailed documentation.
• Research and evaluate inventory variances.
• Ensure daily product cycle counting procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the distribution center, ensuring safe storage and clear aisles.
• Lead all daily operations of the branch, managing resources, expanding customer service, and developing employee career paths.
