Overview

The Chadwell Supply Branch Manager is responsible for the daily functions of all processes and tasks associated with a Chadwell Supply distribution branch. This position leads and is accountable for all operations employees in their branch.

What You Will Need

• Be at least 25 years old.
• Previous employee supervision experience and a minimum of 3 years in a warehouse environment.
• Above-average computer literacy and experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes in work processes and train employees accordingly.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist with or perform all operational tasks of the branch.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate product delivery, communication, and assistance to delivery drivers.
• Conduct annual reviews for employees, providing feedback and documentation.
• Manage order processing, including pulling, packaging, creating delivery paperwork, and handling returns.
• Perform daily inspections of delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of all customer transactions and funds received.
• Research and evaluate inventory variances.
• Conduct daily product cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the branch.
• Lead daily operations, manage resources, expand customer service, and develop employee careers.
