Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Batcher for 1st shift in Chicago to weigh and batch raw materials according to the bill of materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will follow the production schedule, maintain sanitation of the batching area, operate forklift as needed, and participate in inventories and daily batching schedule control. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in manufacturing (preferably in food), and strong math and reading skills;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in the Food Industry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions + communicate in English + perform basic arithmetic.
• Forklift Certification.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation.
