Job summary

Synergy Flavors Innova, LLC in Chicago, Illinois is hiring for an Operations manufacturing role. The associate will weigh raw materials, follow the production schedule, and maintain performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred), English reading/comprehension, basic math, and forklift certification. 1st shift 6:00a–2:30p; onsite with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in the Food Industry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate in English, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Complete Forklift Certification.
• Multitask in a safe manner; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of safe chemical operation and handling.

Your Role in Synergy's Success
