Synergy Flavors, Inc. is seeking a Packing Operator I to join a hands-on, team-oriented environment where you help turn batches of flavors into finished products. You’ll package items safely and accurately while keeping production moving smoothly.

You’ll handle equipment, apply correct labels, and ensure each order is filled just right, with a focus on safety and quality. The role supports the production team and requires attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience with RF scanners and batch recordkeeping preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Forklift safety and operation knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment for safe operation.
• Record production data accurately on forms and documents.
• Follow CIP and cleaning procedures to ensure sanitation.
• Transfer materials and packaging supplies to maintain workflow.
• Notify Shift Leads of any quality or safety concerns.
