Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Warren, OH is seeking a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Manager to lead a team responsible for the maintenance of AGV/LGV systems and related automation in a high‑volume distribution center. The role requires overseeing maintenance technicians, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring uptime and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, logistics, engineering.
• 3+ years in maintenance management supervising others.
• 5+ years in automation/mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment in warehouse automation.
• Background in vendor management and CMMS.
• Experience diagnosing automation control issues with WCS/WES or PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience maintaining spare parts inventories and PM schedules using a CMMS.
• MS Excel and maintenance software basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and performance of AGV/LGV systems and related automation.
• Oversee hourly maintenance staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan preventive maintenance and manage troubleshooting for a site.
• Monitor KPI’s, downtime trends, and equipment health reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure uptime and cost efficiency.
