Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) required.
Hands-on experience with warehouse automation systems is preferred.
Experience with integration of automation systems with WMS/WCS/WES platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end implementation of warehouse automation systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and stabilization.
Provide technical support for integration with WMS, WCS, and WES platforms to ensure reliable system performance and data flow.
Troubleshoot automation system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Monitor automation KPIs such as throughput, uptime, and accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and training materials for site operators.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system health and minimal downtime.
Participate in cross-functional project meetings and provide technical input to support timelines, budgets, and operational readiness.
