Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting automated material handling, robotics, or warehouse automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of warehouse automation systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and stabilization.
• Provide technical support for integration with WMS, WCS, and WES platforms to ensure reliable data flow.
• Troubleshoot automation system issues and perform root-cause analysis with vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as throughput, uptime, and accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs and training materials for site operators.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system health and minimal downtime.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings and provide technical input to support timelines, budgets, and operational readiness.
