Coulter Services is seeking a Material Handling Engineer Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated material handling systems in high-volume wholesale distribution centers. You will assess workflows, specify conveyors and robotics, and manage vendors through deployment.

Collaborating with operations, IT, and safety teams, you will drive KPI-based improvements, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automation design and integration for warehouse or distribution systems.
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment (conveying, sortation, robotics) and WMS/WCS integration.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and implementation activities from design through deployment.
• Data-driven mindset with strong process improvement and KPI development skills.
• Collaboration, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
