Impact Automation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, systems, and controls engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced material handling systems.

You will drive project success by managing scope, schedule, and budget, while mentoring staff and delivering high-quality solutions that meet safety and regulatory requirements across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• At least 8 years engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
• Experience in material handling, automation, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
