Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with troubleshooting and integration of automated systems.
• Familiarity with industrial controls and software/hardware in automation environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting after go-live for warehouse automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system and equipment issues (ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, robotics, WCS).
• Act as primary point of contact for post-deployment inquiries and problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on operation and maintenance.
