Job summary

Equipment Depot is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to provide post‑go‑live support for warehouse automation systems in Houston. You will diagnose and resolve issues across ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, robotics, and related controls, acting as the primary contact for customers.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams, document resolutions, and train customers on system features to ensure peak performance and long‑term satisfaction. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field.
Experience with warehouse automation systems (ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, robotics, WCS).
Experience troubleshooting, configuration, and integration of automated systems.
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial controls.
Knowledge of Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and other industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting after Go-live for warehouse automation systems.
Diagnose and resolve system and equipment issues related to ASRS, conveyance, and controls by coordinating with EQ Solutions vendors.
Collaborate with customers to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers for post-deployment inquiries and problems.
Assist with ongoing project installation and commissioning when necessary.
