Job summary

Legacy Bakehouse in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to support our warehouse operations. You will handle incoming materials, outgoing finished goods, and keep the warehouse safe and organized.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting goods, setting up shipments, maintaining FIFO, and completing accurate paperwork. Experience in shipping/receiving or SQF is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified forklift operator
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in warm environments
• Strong math and record-keeping skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles preferred
• Food manufacturing or SQF experience a plus

• Load, ship, and verify all outgoing finished goods orders.
• Set up FedEx, UPS, and customer shipments.

• Complete and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork.
• Assist with month-end inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Alert supervisors to unsafe conditions or food safety issues.
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

The Role
