Legacy Bakehouse is seeking a bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Wisconsin to support shipping operations. You will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers in English and Spanish, and maintain records in the company system.

This role blends administration with logistics tasks; the ideal candidate is organized, tech-friendly, and comfortable with email, MS Office, and scheduling systems. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, read/write/speak fluently.
• 1-2 years in administrative, shipping/receiving, or customer service.
• Proficient with computers, email, MS Office, and scheduling systems.
• Experience with scanners and document management.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams in English and Spanish.
• Respond to emails and coordinate scheduling with departments and partners.
• Scan, attach, and maintain shipping/receiving docs in the system.
• Verify shipments against PO and packing slips.
• Maintain organized records of shipping/receiving activity.
• Schedule delivery and pickup appointments.
• Assist with customer service inquiries related to shipments.
• Support communication between Spanish-speaking staff and management.
• Perform general administrative tasks in the shipping area.

Legacy Bakehouse is a growing food manufacturer with facilities in Waukesha and Cudahy, WI. We are hiring a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our shipping and receiving operations. This is an administrative and coordination role - if you are organized, tech-comfortable, and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish
• Respond to emails and coordinate scheduling with internal departments and external partners
• Scan, attach, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation in the company system
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Maintain organized, accurate records of all shipping and receiving activity
• Schedule delivery and pickup appointments
• Assist with customer service inquiries related to shipments
• Support communication between Spanish-speaking staff and management
• Perform general administrative tasks in the shipping and receiving area

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual - English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak both fluently)
• 1-2 years of administrative, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers - email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems
• Experience with scanners and document management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
