Legacy Bakehouse is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Cudahy, WI. You will handle incoming materials, outgoing orders, and maintain a safe, organized dock in a food manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, setting up shipments, maintaining FIFO, and completing paperwork. Prior warehouse experience and English proficiency are required; forklift certification is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified forklift operator.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
• Strong math and record-keeping skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles preferred.
• Food manufacturing or SQF experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and documentation.
• Store and organize raw materials and supplies.
• Load, ship, and verify outgoing finished goods orders.
• Set up FedEx, UPS, and customer shipments.
• Maintain FIFO rotation on finished goods.
• Verify identification of individuals entering the dock.
• Complete and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork.
• Assist with month-end counts and cycle counts.
• Alert supervisors to unsafe conditions or food safety issues.
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.
