Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to assist with inbound freight, stock movement, and customer-facing support on the sales floor. The role requires dependable evening availability and weekend shifts.

Compensation includes base pay up to $16.00/hour plus a $2.50/hour weekend premium, with benefits available after 91 days for full-time hires and a 401(k) with company match, plus associate discounts on name brands.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate would assist with incoming freight, ensure that it reaches the sales floor, and other assigned duties.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area
• Move freight to the staging area
• Use a forklift
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet
• Load product into customer’s vehicles
• Help in other departments as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
