Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is hiring for a shipping/processing associate. You will identify, weigh and move products to the appropriate area, prepare shipping stations, stack pallets and label boxes for shipment.

The role offers full-time employment with benefits after 91 days, weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr, base pay up to $15.00/hr, a 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts on name brands.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets
• Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping.
• Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with shipping provider.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
