Job summary
Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate in Chippewa Falls, WI to execute shipping and processing operations, weigh and move products, label and pack shipments, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and customer service ethos.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Able to work evenings and every other weekend.
- Able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
- Prepare shipping and processing station.
- Stack and restack pallets.
- Scan and label boxes for shipping.
- Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
- Process shipments and coordinate with shipping provider.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention and safety policies.
