Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse role in Smyrna, GA. You will unload, sort, and load packages up to 50 pounds and collaborate in team lifts to handle heavier items. The shift runs during early morning hours, with varied schedules across the week, and overtime may apply.

Hourly pay is $16.50, plus a seasonal bonus and potential opportunities beyond the season. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment and be eligible for weekly pay and company perks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

THE QUICK FACTS

Seasonal Bonus*: $500

Location: 6300 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, GA 30082

Pay: $16.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift:

• Saturday through Wednesday 3:00 AM - 8:30 AM or End of Sort


• Thursday through Sunday 3:00 AM - 8:30 AM or End of Sort


• Monday through Friday 3:00 AM - 8:30 AM or End of Sort


• Monday through Friday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old

• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:


• Repeatedly lift packages as described above


• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.


• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.


• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.


• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
