Job summary

OnTrac is seeking seasonal warehouse associates in South San Francisco for early morning shifts. You will unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds, participate in team lifts, and keep your workspace organized.

Overtime may be required depending on business needs. This temporary position runs from late October to early January, with weekly pay, seasonal bonuses, and opportunities for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Assist with team lifts for heavier packages and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Complete required sorting and end-of-shift cleanup as directed by site management.

Pay: $19.50/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shifts: 4:00 AM - 9:30 AM or End of Sort

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Monday
• Saturday - Wednesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
