Target is hiring for Warehouse Associate/Worker roles at our Ohio facility. You will pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests, while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Roles start at $22.05 per hour with a pay range up to $26.86 per hour, plus potential shift differentials. You must lift 35–50 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and be proficient in basic math and reading labels. English fluency and basic computer use are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Must understand, speak, and read English to follow safety policies and instructions.
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
