The Role
About the Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team at the Lancaster, TX warehouse!
You Will:
- Prepare orders by pulling materials or goods, packing boxes, palletizing, and staging orders for delivery.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments using RFT equipment or forms.
- Load, unload, and store goods using material handling equipment and manually if needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy following company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Keep the work environment safe and clean by maintaining shelves, pallet areas, and workstations, and complying with safety regulations.
- Complete daily forklift safety checklist.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks within the warehouse.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet goals.
You Have:
- A current forklift license, preferably with clamp-counterbalance experience, and a willingness to learn and work well in a team environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience with physical stock management, including cycle counts and receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
- Strong communication skills.

The salary range is $16 - $20/hr, based on experience, education, skills, and market factors.
