The Role
About the Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the growing team in our Lancaster, TX warehouse!
You Will:
- Prepare orders by pulling materials or goods; packing boxes and palletizing, staging orders in the delivery area.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments using RFT equipment or forms
- Load, unload, and put away goods utilizing material handling equipment and/or manually
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following company policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Complete daily forklift checklist
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed within the warehouse
- Be a collaborative team player to accomplish goals collaboratively
You Have:
- A current forklift license preferably clamp-counterbalance experience and above all, have a willingness to learn and work well in a team environment
- At least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous experience with physical stock management, including cycle counts and the receipt, storing, and dispatch of goods
- Good organizational skills and the capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Good communication skills
