Shift: 7am-3pm M-F

Location: 1215 Loop Road Lancaster, PA 17601

Pay: $19.25-$21.85 per hour

Job Duties

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Unload, receive, inspect, and stock materials in appropriate designated locations using inventory control system
• Assemble material by order or shipment for customer shipments using RDT equipment to select and verify correct inventory
• Check all assembled orders in pre-assembly location prior to release for loading
• Load trucks and ensure all trucks are securely blocked with properly distributed loads
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and complete required documentation
• Assist co-workers with cleaning and organizing area (5S)
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as relabeling, repackaging, relocating, or scrapping materials as required
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain it through pre-shift inspections and documentation

Job Qualifications

• Must pass background check, employment verification, and drug screening
• Positive and verifiable work history
• High school diploma or GED
• Willing to wear safety equipment and adhere to safety requirements
• Available to work any shift and day, including overtime with little notice

Physical Demands

Employees must be able to:

• Travel stairs, perform repetitive motions, and move within the facility
• Lift up to 75 lbs regularly, and maneuver heavy loads up to 100+ lbs with assistive devices
• Work in non-temperature-controlled environments
• Read instructions, operate machines, and inspect products
• Perform walking, bending, reaching, and grasping activities
