Warehouse Associate-1

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems. This includes checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions
  1. Receive all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, water transfer, etc.
  2. Rebuild damaged pallets prior to restock.
  3. Process RMAs.
  4. Consolidate finished goods storage for maximum capacity.
  5. Identify, report, and observe quality issues with finished goods and RMS.
  6. Validate new SKUs in WMS for proper storage and handling.
  7. Correct LGV alarms.
  8. Monitor loads.
  9. Unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift.
  10. Maintain pallet storage area; offload pallets and stage for LGV pickup.
  11. Correct product spills.
  12. Manually pull pallets from production as needed.
  13. Supply production with non-inventory items.
  14. Load air bags.
  15. Clear blocked locations in WMS.
  16. Operate forklift when needed.
  17. Facilitate information flow between logistics, production, and sales.
  18. Test and monitor resin and spring water.
  19. Coordinate preload activities, inspect trailers, and ensure timely loads.
  20. Check in trucks and communicate loading instructions.
  21. Provide loading documents, bills of lading, and seals.
  22. Maintain records for shipping and inventory.
  23. Participate in process improvement and cost reduction.
  24. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse.
  25. Ensure regular attendance.
  26. Handle phone calls professionally.
  27. Communicate with contacts to ensure timely truck loading and troubleshoot issues.
  28. Coordinate shipments with transportation and scheduling.
