Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions
  • Receive inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
  • Rebuild damaged pallets, process RMAs, consolidate storage, identify and report quality issues.
  • Validate SKUs in WMS, correct LGV alarms, monitor loads, unload goods, maintain storage areas.
  • Operate forklifts when needed, facilitate information flow, test and monitor products, coordinate preload activities, check trucks, and maintain records.
  • Participate in process improvements, keep the warehouse clean and safe, ensure timely communication, and troubleshoot issues.
