We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The role involves ensuring the efficient flow of goods, with responsibilities in shipping, receiving, inventory management, documentation, product handling, quality control, safety, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, label correctly, and ensure readiness for delivery.
• Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, verify quantities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
• Record transactions accurately and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect shipments for quality and discrepancies, report issues.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and shipping software.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and perform tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
