We are seeking a reliable and organized Part Time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping: Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring that items are packed securely, labeled correctly, and ready for delivery.
  • Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect products for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist with inventory checks, ensuring that stock is properly organized and stored.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all shipping and receiving transactions in our system. Ensure that all necessary paperwork (such as packing lists, bills of lading, etc.) is completed.
  • Product Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently to move products as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and discrepancies, promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of orders.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Schedule 10:30 AM-4 PM
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping software.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training may be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
