We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping: Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring secure packing, correct labeling, and readiness for delivery.
• Receiving: Unload shipments, inspect for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders or invoices.
• Inventory Management: Keep accurate stock records and assist with inventory checks, maintaining organization.
• Documentation: Record transactions accurately and complete necessary paperwork like packing lists and bills of lading.
• Product Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Inspect shipments for quality and discrepancies, reporting issues promptly.
• Safety: Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaboration: Work with warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and shipping software.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and perform tasks as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
