Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team with a 9:00am start. You will pull orders using an RF scanner, stage shipments, and load trucks, maintaining space efficiency and safety throughout the shift.

This role emphasizes accuracy, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required, and overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse/distribution environments is preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail and strong math skills for accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout shift.
• Ability to work at heights of 20 ft on a regular basis.
• Willingness to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders accurately for daily deliveries using RF scanner.
• Stage orders according to truck location and verify pallet accuracy.
• Load trucks for daily and special deliveries.
• Identify damaged product and take appropriate action.
• May operate forklift or other warehouse machinery.
• Assist customers/drivers in loading materials into vehicles.
• Work as part of a team and individually; perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
