Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring for a warehouse associate role in Wisconsin. The technician loads and unloads trucks, moves materials around the warehouse, and uses RF scanners to process shipments. Proficiency with WMS and SAP is required, along with flexibility for overtime and shifts.

Applicants should have a HS diploma with 2+ years in warehousing and strong organizational skills. Lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ warehousing experience.
• Proficiency in WMS applications and basic reading/writing/mathematics required.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow safety rules; flexible schedule including OT.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship parts according to SAP shipping procedures and work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, receive materials, and move them to storage bins.
• Operate RF scanners and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Support training of peers and perform other duties as assigned.
