Job summary

First Supply LLC, a fifth-generation family-owned distributor serving the Upper Midwest, is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Rhinelander, WI facility. You will fulfill duties to fill, package and ship orders, receive and handle products, and support inventory accuracy while keeping safety and efficiency in focus.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, the ability to learn our system, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience with RF handheld devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF handheld units preferred.
• Good computer knowledge and ability to learn the company system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Using RF fills, packages and ships orders accurately and timely.
• Process incoming product, check for damage, and manage receiving.
• Track order status and communicate updates as needed.
• Answer phones professionally and refer calls as appropriate.
• Follow tag and hold procedures for all incoming shipments.
