National Oak Distributors in Madison, WI is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities. The role emphasizes accurate order picking, packing and labeling for timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will operate RF scanners and pallet jacks, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse with strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with order picking and packaging.
• Proficient with RF scanners and basic data entry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort and store inventory in designated locations and maintain organization.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments with proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipping/receiving documentation and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
