Watts Water Technologies in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a on-site Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced environment. You will accurately process orders and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will operate an RF scanner, load/unload trucks, and collaborate with team members across departments to ensure safe, efficient operations. Opportunities for growth and training are available.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts and/or cherry pickers preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Transfer finished goods into inventory.
• Count and organize products in warehouse.
• Cycle count locations and communicate variances.
• Operate RF scan gun for order fulfillment.
• Support training of department staff and collaborate across teams.
• Maintain safety and department standards.
