Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our distribution team in Missouri. You will perform receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping in a fast-paced environment, using an RF/RFI gun to track inventory and ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive under pressure. You should have warehouse or distribution experience and be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods, plus basic WMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution preferred.
• RF/RFI gun experience strongly preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, maintain WMS records, and operate equipment safely.
• Follow OSHA and warehouse safety rules and keep a clean, organized workspace.
