Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Missouri to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping within a fast-paced distribution environment. You will use an RF/RFI gun to track inventory and ensure workflow accuracy, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners or RF/RFI guns.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Use RF/RFI gun to scan and track product movement.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders per standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Unload inbound goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate records in WMS and operate pallet jacks safely.
